Analyzed, prepared, planned, and implemented Bahrain’s first Judicial Strategy, which was praised and blissed by His Royal Highness, the King of Bahrain. The Judicial Strategy has been systematically measured by prominent Key Performance Indicators, and activated by a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The monitoring of the KPIs performance and tracking of initiatives has been guided through a performance management system. The project has supplemented the required capabilities for the execution of the strategy through the establishment of an in-house Strategic Planning Office, serving the whole Judicial organization in Bahrain.
