Main consultant for preparing, planning, and cascading Bahrain Civil Service Strategy. The project comprised an encompassing government strategy that has been cascaded to 10 governmental organizations, with aligned KPIs and initiatives. The project has been supplemented with a governance manual that describes the strategic roles and responsibilities, explains all the required management processes and mechanisms, as well as outlining the governance of the whole strategy-aligned performance management system. A software that contains, manages, and distributes all the strategy information and data readily to the relevant entities has been configured for the government strategy “Takamul”.
