As an Industrial Engineer, Farah has tremendous experience in process optimization and efficiency. She has led the Ministry of Works in establishing and maintaining a Total Quality Management System alongside aligning the QMS with the Ministry’s Strategic direction. Moreover, she also has practical experience in waste management and is a carrier of Environmental Management Diploma from the prominent National Examination board of Safety and Health (NEBOSH).
