Farid Karaymeh has more than two decades of experience primarily in the business economics and strategy management consultancy sector within the MENA. Farid’s expertise and skills have been focused on strategic planning, organizational performance, feasibility studies, evaluate business opportunities, economic modeling and research.

Having joined “Strategy Optimization Consultancy” as Strategic Planning Consultant” in 2017 Farid’s mandate is to establish the strategy aligned performance management system to the government of Bahrain as well as to cascade down the corporate strategy to the rest of the government entities using the Balanced Scorecards methodology. Prior to joining “Strategy Optimization Consultancy”, Farid worked at Ministry of Works (Bahrain), where his last held position was Economic Consultant of H.E the Minister; during his tenure he helped set up the strategy management process and execution in addition to support the ministry in delivering some strategic initiatives like cost recovery scheme. Farid also worked for Al-Rajhi Bank, ArRiyadh Development Company, Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation, Ministry of Planning.
