The Civil Service Bureau(CSB) organized a workshop on Organizational Performance Management Project (Takamul). This workshop is part of series of workshops for the project, which is one of the strategic initiatives within the strategy of human resources for the civil service, that’s implemented by the Bureau in line with the government vision and strategic objectives.

Director General of Human Resources Development and Performance Management Mr. Adel Heji Ibrahim Mohammed stressed that the Organizational Performance Project (Tukamul) comes within the framework of the directives of the cabinet in the development of government performance (efficiency, productivity, speed of delivery and proper use of budgets) within the government’s work program, through the development and the standardization of planning, measurement and follow-up mechanisms using balanced scorecards to ensure easy review, evaluation and to improve organizational performance in the Civil Service.
